Offering unique, easy-handling properties and efficient warp-sheet processing, the Tiepro warp tying machine easily integrates the workflow requirements of any weaving mill with a number of various technical weaving solutions developed by Stäubli.
The new machine incorporates unique features. These include easy and rapid start-up thanks to automatic docking to the old and the new warp sheet and handling of up to 10 mm of misalignment of the warp sheets stretched on the tying frame. The automatic Double End Detection (DED) identifies double ends automatically before the warp yarn is cut, and the sustainable concept has no need for oil baths or spare separation needles.
Stäubli International AG, Pfäffikon/Switzerland, covers with the Tiepro warp tying machine a broad range of applications and handles warps with a 1:1 lease or without lease. The overall concept of the machine makes for less operator intervention, low maintenance, increased efficiency in warp tying, and the highest operational availability.
