A new rotary die-cutting factory which will manufacture and refurbish magnetic cylinders for flexible die applications and solid rotary die tooling, has been opened by Maxcess in Huzhou/China. This new state-of-the-art facility, RotoMetrics, a Maxcess brand, will provide customers in China and the Asia Pacific region with better products and convenient localized services.
Maxcess, Oak Brook, IL/USA, a leader in innovative products and services for web handling applications, opened the facility with approx. 5000+ m² of manufacturing space, to provide products and services for customers in packaging, labeling, rotary processing and other industries. After more than a year of preparation and development, magnetic cylinders are being produced. Solid rotary dies are also under testing, with full-time production anticipated during the 2nd half of 2022.
The Huzhou factory is an important facility in the company’s global manufacturing footprint. To ensure a consistent production process and high manufacturing standards, the main production elements for the site were imported from the USA. In addition, the processes and operating systems, quality management systems, supply chain systems and warehouse systems are consistent with Maxcess’ global standards to guarantee high product quality.
