Merger with Defotec

Effective January 1, 2022, Defotec Entschäumer Vertriebs-GmbH, Krefeld/Germany, has been merged with Levaco Chemicals GmbH, Leverkusen/Germany. Levaco is thus the legal successor with all rights and obligations that have been associated with the operation of Defotec to date.
The process initiated within the corporate group since 2019 has already led to positive results in the last 2 years and now finds its conclusion in this strategic step.
The merger brings with 4 new business units to Levaco: Antifoam & Food Solutions (formerly Defotec sugar and food industry), Paper Solutions (formerly Defotec Paper industry), Superabsorbent Polymers (formerly Defotec Cable industry), and Construction-Additives (formerly Defotec Construction industry).
