ITMA 2023 Innovator Xchange

Formerly known as the Speakers Platform, Innovator Xchange will span 5 days, from June 9-13, 2023, during the ITMA 2023 in Milan/Italy which takes place from June 8-14, 2023. This platform will provide an opportunity for exhibitors to share their latest innovations and solutions in greater depth based on the 4 trending topics of the ITMA 2023: advanced materials, automation and digital future, innovative technologies, and sustainability and circularity. A guest speaker representing the user or application perspective will also be invited to speak on each of the respective topics.
All exhibitors at the ITMA 2023 are invited to participate. Papers on the topic “Innovative Technologies” are welcome on, but not limited to, the following topics:
• Game changing innovations that will impact the textile industry and the environment.
• The application of the new innovations on machinery, textile materials and composites or any other products.
• Measurements on quality, comfort and test statistics.
• Opportunities and challenges faced amidst the Covid-19 endemic.
• The impact of artificial intelligence and its application in the textile industry.
Presenters should emphasize innovations, providing solutions and perspectives on the above-mentioned topics. The submission deadline has been extended to 31 January 2023. The vetting process will now take place during the month of February 2023.
The papers for presentation will be selected by the Forum’s Programme Committee comprising of Dr Amanda C. Mills (Research Assistant Professor, North Carolina State University), Claudia van Bonn (Editor-In-Chief, TextileTechnology), Sébastien Paillet (President Clubtex).
