Modern textile production as Virtual Factory

The IT company Halo electronic GmbH, Lustenau/Austria, invites visitors to its new factory, completely integrated in its stand at the ITMA 2023. This will be realized by a new Virtual Factory application that maps all departments of a modern integrated textile production. With this newly developed Virtual Factory, customers can test and walk through the Inteos software in real time in a fully 3D and interactive environment – either traditionally on screen or in Augmented Reality with Meta Quest 2.
In addition, Halo will be presenting Inteos Networker Mobile for knitting mills. With this new solution, the previously used touch panel is supplemented by a mobile handheld solution that offers the operator maximum flexibility and enables location-independent work and visual documentation in real time. All Inteos functions are available through the mobile solution as usual. The solution is not limited to a knitting mill, but is available for all processes of modern textile production – from the fiber to the product, for yarn, knitting and warp knitting, weaving, finishing and in ready-made garments.
The Inteos software offers the opportunity to make company’s processes sustainable through digital support. It is developed with a view to sustainability, pursue a circularity of all products and constantly work to help customers reduce their environmental footprint. By digitalizing all processes and procedures, customers automatically achieve an improvement in sustainable management in addition to an increase in effectiveness. Inteos automatically determines optimal order quantities and times, which leads to resource savings. This allows customers to make optimal use of resources, improve machine utilization and route planning in logistics. Through the digital planning and monitoring of production processes with the Inteos software, resources like raw materials is under control at all times, which leads to waste reduction and the careful use of resources.
