For 2022, Delta Galil has reported 4th
quarter (Q4) sales of US$544.4 million, a 6% decrease (2% in constant currency). Sales for the full year 2022 were $2.03 billion, a 4% increase (7% in constant currency). Sales in constant currency increased across all geographies and in all segments in 2022.
For Delta Galil Industries, Ltd., Caesarea/Israel, a global manufacturer of branded and private label intimate, activewear, loungewear and denim apparel, EBITDA excluding IFRS 16 (International Financial Reporting Standard 16) impact for Q4/2022 decreased 12% to $65.6 million. For the full year 2022, EBITDA excluding IFRS 16 impact increased 1% to $224.2 million.
During 2023, the company will continue to invest in its digital capabilities and further extend its leading private label offerings to global brands. Delta Galil expects to launch new brands and expand existing brands globally. 2023 also sees plans to launch a new global collection at Organic Basics. Finally, Delta Galil plans to further enhance its global supply chain with new factories in Vietnam and Egypt.
