Inkjet printers with fluorescent inks launched

During Gartex Texprocess India-Hybrid Edition on December 3-5, 2021, the digital inkjet printer Sublixpress on transfer paper with 8 colors - C, M, Y, K, B, O, FY, and FM was on show. Visitors could also see the enhanced effects of fluorescent colors. The addition of fluorescent yellow and fluorescent magenta expand the creative options for customers in the ever-evolving world of fashion. These eye-catchy colors are bold, vibrant, and tailor-made for one-off and small-lot production of sports and apparel.
SubliXpress Plus can print in variable drop sizes of 5,7, and12 PL as demanded to produce very sharp lines and create smooth gradients in color tones. The high-speed, high-quality printing with low ink consumption is a result of decades of experience in manufacturing digital inkjet printers. ColorJet Ltd., Noida/India, proprietary AST and HSTR technology are inherent features of the machine.

This dye-sublimation printer is working well on fabrics made with recycled polyester – knit and woven. The economics of the sublimation printing with Sublixpress Plus are attractive with its productivity of up to 9000 m2/day in up to 180 cm print width, and possibility to use low g/m² paper of up to 22 g/m². The Leaf clamp is yet another ingenious improvisation to prevent the paper from curling up at the edges when printing. Being able to use low g/m² paper and the ability to print on a less than ideal paper roll with ease, addresses some major practical shop-floor concerns.
