The technology from Coloreel AB, Jönköping/Sweden, widens the possibilities of personalization of products, bringing many color possibilities to the table that can be integrated into the range from Tajima Europe SAS, La Ciotat/France, a manufacturer of industrial sewing machines.
One of the perks of Coloreel’s technology is the sustainability aspect. Less water is wasted and less storage is needed when there is one single thread, being instantly colored during the embroidery.
Savings are made in thread stock storage and the risk of needing to dispose of the left-over thread reels after a project, which is common in traditional embroidery, is minimized. Another advantage is the offer of unlimited colors and the loss of stitch stops on the back of the embroidery.
