With organIQ EMS Jeans, CHT Germany GmbH, Tübingen/Germany, has created a variable solution offering that provides a wide range of possibilities for state-of-the-art jeans finishing. With this next generation, CHT’s organIQ family becomes a real modular system. For all products of the organIQ family, the different bleaching agents are purely organic and completely biodegradable. organIQ EMS Jeans by CHT allows for the realization of almost every denim finish without questionable substances or resources such as potassium permanganate, chlorine and pumice stones.
The new EMS (Ecological Modular System) Jeans family supports most modern denim finishing processes. By using selected organIQ products together with water saving nebulization technologies, extremely low water consumptions can be achieved. For this reason, all relevant treatments can be realized at room temperature. Moreover, the pollution of wastewater with toxic substances can be drastically reduced.
organIQ EMS Jeans is based on several modules and every module corresponds to a treatment step. These steps can be mixed and matched in various ways and flexible orders to achieve different looks and effects.
