Conference to be held as digital event

The Aachen-Dresden-Denkendorf International Textile Conference (ADD ITC) 2021 will be held digitally this year on November 9-10, 2021. The online event offers many advantages in the current pandemic situation. Experts from all over the world will be able to participate - independent of incidences and travel restrictions and there will be planning reliability for organizers, speakers and participants.
There will be over 60 presentations in 3 parallel sessions, between which it will be possible to switch at any time. Topics cover: 

• high-performance fibers, fiber composites, functionalization, medical technology and textile mechanical engineering 
• new applications and markets; green deal and circular economy 
• digital transformation 
• the transfer from idea to practice. 

This year's partner countries are Portugal and Spain, which will be represented with several presentations. Networking will not be neglected either: there will be an opportunity to exchange ideas in discussion rooms or casually in the virtual foyer during each break. In addition, around 100 scientific posters will be presented and there will be an exhibition.
