The responsible handling of the topics of health and safety at work has once again moved into the focus of society and politics as a result of the pandemic. At the A+A 2021 trade fair, which begins tomorrow, October 26, 2021, in Düsseldorf/Germany, these topics have been the focus since its premiere. Under the motto "People count," A+A 2021 will present everything to do with personal protection and occupational health and safety at work from October 26-29. More than 1,200 exhibitors from 56 countries will present their innovations to trade visitors.
Digital performance and sustainability determine the current discussion and will continue to strongly influence the future of work. In addition to these 2 megatrends of A+A 2021, the focus of the supporting program is on solutions for the future (Future Solutions), new working environments (New Work) and the topic of hygiene and pandemics.
The 37th Congress for Occupational Health and Safety will run parallel to the A+A. Here, every 2 years, the players and decision-makers in occupational health and safety from industry, trade, administration, politics and science come together in Düsseldorf. This year, the focus will be on current topics such as Work 4.0, the possibilities of digitalization and artificial intelligence for occupational health and safety, working in times of pandemics, and the implementation of Vision Zero.
