Manish Jain has been named the Senior Vice President, Technology and Development at PrimaLoft Inc., Latham, NY/USA. He succeeds Vanessa Mason, who is retiring this year from her position as Senior Vice President, Engineering.
Most recently, Jain served as vice president of R&D and Technology at Crane Currency, Boston, MA/USA, where he helped lead innovations in substrates (banknotes and security papers), security threads, fibers and micro-optic security elements. Prior to that, he was Head of Materials Research and Process Technology at Albany International Corp., New York/USA, where he was responsible for raw material sourcing, research and development, quality assurance and product development.
