Digital performance and sustainability will also strongly influence the future of work. These 2 trend themes will be the focus of the A+A 2021 – whether through products that exhibitors will present on around 50,000 m², or through the numerous contributions and presentations at the special areas and in the Trend Forum. In addition to these 2 main topics, the focus in the supporting program is Future Solutions, New Work (new working environments) and the topic of Hygiene & Pandemics. The international trade fair for occupational health and safety A+A will take place in Düsseldorf/Germany from October 26-29, 2021.
The 37th Congress for Occupational Health and Safety will run parallel to the A+A. Here, every 2 years, the players and decision-makers in occupational health and safety from industry, trade, administration, politics and science come together in Düsseldorf. This year, the focus will be on current topics such as Work 4.0, the possibilities of digitalization and artificial intelligence for occupational health and safety, working in times of pandemics, and the implementation of Vision Zero.
Furthermore, the Fraunhofer IPA, Mannheim/Germany, and the University of Stuttgart IFF will present the Exoworkathlon as part of the Robotics Park. Various activities will be presented to demonstrate and discuss functions related to user feedback, ergonomics, metabolism and production quality in relation to exoskeletons.
