The globally active Aunde Group, Mönchengladbach, with the subsidiaries Aunde (surface technologies), Isringhausen (seat systems and technical springs), Fehrer (interior modules), and Reinert (technical plastic parts), is expanding its top management and aims to maintain its growth course in the long term.
In the future, Peter Bolten, shareholder of the family-owned company and at the same time CSO of the Aunde Group, as well as CFO Christian Prause, who has been with the company for many years, will also legally represent the corporate group with its approximately 24,000 employees externally as managing directors. In the future, this step will enable them to bring together the group companies with their respective management teams even more efficiently, also with regard to digitalization and uniform standards.
