After a break of almost 2 years due to the corona pandemic, national and international speakers from industry and research will present product and process innovations, new processes and application areas in the field of nonwovens at the 35th Hofer Vliesstofftage on September 20-21, 2022 in Hof/Germany. The currently burning issues of energy consumption and recycling topics will also be highlighted.
More than 380 participants from 9 countries are expected to attend. During the 2 days, 23 technical papers will be presented, covering the entire spectrum of the nonwovens industry. 76 companies and institutes will present innovative products and forward-looking ideas in the exhibition area. The Institute for Materials Science (ifm) of Hof University of Applied Sciences and the Fraunhofer Application Center for Textile Fiber Ceramics (TFK), Münchberg/Germany, will also present their research projects.
The 2-day symposium is organized by the Association of the Bavarian Textile and Clothing Industry (Verband der Bayerischen Textil- und Bekleidungsindustrie e. V.), Hof University of Applied Sciences Faculty of Engineering, the Staatlichen Beruflichen Schulen für Textil und Bekleidung Münchberg and the Bildungswerk der Bayerischen Wirtschaft (bbw) Hof, supported by the Saxon Textile Research Institute e.V. (STFI), Chemnitz.
