This year, the Felting division of Groz-Beckert presented customer-specific needle designations at the ANEX-SINCE. As 2 of the most important nonwovens trade fairs in Asia, they were held concurrently from July 22-24, 2021.

The needle designations provide added know-how protection and protection from mix-ups. Another product highlight was the patented Gebecon felting needle. It features improved surface quality and optimized bending resistance properties. With the HyTec P-jet strips, Groz-Beckert KG, Albstadt/Germany, presented its latest product for hydroentanglement for mechanical stabilization of nonwovens.

The Carding product area presented the InLine card clothing series for the nonwovens industry. It is characterized by the improved stability of the card clothing tooth, reduced downtime of the system and a significantly reduced running-in phase. The patented manufacturing process enables energy-efficient production in a way that conserves resources. The SiroLock plus worker and doffer wire was developed as the first special geometry of the InLine card clothing series. Furthermore, the SiroLock plus makes an impression with a more effective fiber take-up, control and release.

Both divisions used a mixture of product models and augmented reality to present the product properties in the best possible way.
