Easy depth adjustment

Thanks to the highly precise and convenient Senso plus depth control in combination with the sophisticated knife head adjustment, the DS and PSG knife holders prove themselves in use with nonwovens. In contrast to conventional knife holders, the overlap depth setting of this knife holder can now be easily and conveniently controlled through an LED display. The unique strengths of Senso plus lies in its user-friendliness, time-saving LED display for setting the overlap depth, the sensor for detecting the knife circumference and the resulting reproducible overlap depth, even if the knives have different diameters. This results in constant cut quality, reduction of set-up costs, optimum cut edge quality even with difficult cutting material and high speeds and ultimately an increase in productivity. At the same time, individual operating errors are eliminated and greater safety is provided.

Regrinding service

Whether circular, straight or rotary shear knives, Dienes offers a regrinding service to maintain the quality of knives. On CNC/NC machines of the latest generation, the knives are precision ground in certified manufacturer quality. Quality control is carried out with the aid of state-of-the-art technology and measuring devices. On request, the knife boxes are tagged with a customer-specific QR code so that the knife data can be read at any time. Thus, special data, e.g. the frequency of regrinding and the condition of the knife, can be retrieved at any time.
