Fiber processing technology for nonwovens

Showcasing its range of textile machinery, Tatham Ltd., Bradford/UK, will be focusing on equipment for the processing of staple fibers for nonwovens and spinning applications at the Index from October 19-22, 2021 in Geneva/Switzerland.
The company offers technology to manufacture a wide range of products including wound care, carbon fiber mats, carbon fiber staple yarns, composites, hemp/flax fiber decortication and cleaning systems, among other things.
On show at the Index will be equipment for hemp fiber processing, fiber opening systems and web formation (carding systems). Specialist fiber processing technology will also be on show along with laboratory nonwovens equipment, retrofit card, crosslapper and needleloom drive systems.
Visitors will also be able to see weight control technology for cards and blending systems, equipment for nonwovens mat formation for carbon fibers, aramids and bast fibers, as well as tow to yarn technology for carbon fibers.
