The textile machinery manufacturer Karl Mayer Textilmaschinenfabrik GmbH, Obertshausen/Germany, has taken a stake in ADAMOS GmbH, Darmstadt/Germany. ADAMOS – ADAptive Manufacturing Open Solutions – is a strategic alliance of machinery and plant engineering companies.
This joint venture was set up to tackle Industry 4.0 and Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), which are key issues for the future. As part of this, ADAMOS is committed to close cooperation and the exchange of expertise.
